Q) What are your processing times?

A) My current processing time is usually 1-3 working days from receiving the order to dispatching the order, however this may vary during busier months, and any holidays/ illness. I will post updates on my Instagram should the processing times be longer than this. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. ** This does not include the book boxes or any other pre-order items.

Q) Why hasn’t my order arrived?

A) Unfortunately once your order has been passed over to your chosen courier, without tracking, it is completely out of my hands. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me if items do not arrive/ arrive damaged.
Please note, Royal Mail will be unable to assist me with any shipping queries before the following timescale -

1st Class orders: 5-7 working days

2nd Class orders: 7-10 working days.

If you are concerned about your order not arriving after this timescale, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Q) Can I have a tracking code for my order?

A) Unfortunately unless tracked delivery is selected and paid for, I am unable to provide you with a tracking code. Tracked shipping is expensive and I am unable to provide this for all orders without the costs being covered. If you paid for tracked shipping, your code will be on your ‘dispatched’ email, and you will receive email updates from your chosen courier.

Q) When do the monthly book boxes ship?

A) The book boxes will always ship on the first full week on the month, starting on the Monday. You may receive your shipping notification at any point during the week (Monday-Friday), and they’ll be shipped on a first come first shipped basis. The only exception to this is January, which will ship on the second full week of the month to allow me to spend Christmas with my loved ones.

Q) What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide an order number.

Please contact me immediately if the item you have received is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct the issue. 

You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank/ credit card company to process the funds.
